今次講幾個係Lotus notes installer 包含了的工具 .... 可以幫你處理某些安裝問題
1. Notes Install Cleanup Executable (NICE)

可以delete 所有相關的registry ， 等你可以重新install lotus notes
2. Lotus Notes single user to multi-user migration assistant tool (MUMA)
如果你個user profile 放係single installation (例如 c:\program files\ibm\lotus\notes\data ) , 可以轉返去 user profile 之下 (c:\users 或 c;\documents and settings)
3. Update Site Mgr
可以幫你update 個installation file, 例如加入新package , 又或者delete package (例如CAE)
